Kerry is a Chartered Accountant with over 28 years’ experience in commercial finance positions and accountancy practice roles. He is currently Director at KW Finance Director Services Ltd., specialising in providing a senior finance presence for smaller companies to help their owners/managers understand their financial performance, develop appropriate accounting systems and control processes, and take a lead role in their business planning to ensure a sustainable financial future. Kerry has been a non-executive director for Belltree since it was formed in 2009. He is also an accomplished jazz saxophonist.

Caroline Duncombe

Caroline has over 35 years’ experience in the NHS in nursing and midwifery and is currently Maternity Intelligence and Assurance Lead at West Hertfordshire Hospitals NHS Trust. With her clinical expertise, she also brings her knowledge and experience of high-quality health care provision and team management within health care systems. In addition, Caroline undertakes medico-legal casework and has provided voluntary support to skills and drills training projects in India and Nigeria.

Tina set up Belltree in 2009 in response to the lack of music therapy provision in Brighton & Hove and Sussex. Following a degree in Social Psychology and several years as a singer / songwriter, Tina qualified as a Registered Music Therapist in 2000. Since then she has worked in Child & Adolescent Mental Health and Child Development services in the NHS, special school settings and with a wide range of private clients. Simi qualified as a music therapist from Guildhall School of Music and Drama in 2015 following a degree in Music from Cardiff University and several years of teaching music and leading various ensembles in both Sussex and London.
